Self-catering or catered for

Self-catering: We have well equipped kitchens in both barn and bunkhouse.  We’re happy to unpack a supermarket delivery before you arrive.  When we have gluts of fruit and vegetables, you are welcome to use them free of charge.

Catering options: We offer home-cooked traditional, country fare used with our own or local produce where possible.  We will try to cater for genuine allergies, religious and other food requirements but do not cater for faddy diets.  When we are teaching history of the relevant era, we offer Tudor menus with Tudor tableware, and WWII menus.

Arrival & departure times

We are flexible but usually arrive midday-ish and depart by midday depending on day of the week (departure on Fridays by 10.30am or bags packed for us to have access by 10am while school does its own activities on the farm).  Local schools may wish to arrive earlier.

Booking

Please discuss your needs with us and we can quote.

We ask for a 50% non-refundable booking deposit and booking form completion to confirm a booking. The balance + damages deposit is payable one month before arrival.
