Ground floor bedrooms and wetroom but the sitting room is upstairs. Do discuss your needs with us.

Cooking equipment: Large electric cooker with 5 hotplates, 2 ovens, grill. Microwave.
Basic home-made brick BBQ – BYO charcoal
Dishwasher – tablets inc
Tall upright fridge-freezer, second small fridge (OK for a weekend’s reasonable shop for 22 guests)
Kitchen equipment: saucepans, casserole pots, lasagne-type dishes, smallish food processor, hand whisk, blender
Tableware: large serving plates & salad bowls, bread baskets, china, cutlery, beer/water/wine/champagne glasses, cafetiere, tea pots, jugs, vases.
Washing up basics: kitchen cloths/roll, tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets
Cooking basics: salt & pepper, spice rack, limited assortment of tea, instant coffee, plain flour, sugar, cooking oil, herbs
Non-drip candles provided for use in kitchen only - please don’t bring your own
Washroom/larder: Storage for groceries, drying area for wet clothes, washing machine (BYO tablets)

22 adult road bikes for those over 16yrs old and <c15 stone weight, 2 toddler seats & some helmets - bike trail quiz, circular bike routes (BYO children's bikes). These are completely separate to the Tudor barn’s fleet of bikes.
