Instagram 2025 Photo & Video Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The competition is open to past, present, and future 2025 paying guests of The Old Brooder or Tudor Barn aged 21 or over.

  2. How to Enter

    • Participants must upload a photo/s or video to Instagram, taken during their stay at The Old Brooder or The Tudor Barn along with a brief caption about their stay.

    • Entries must include the hashtag #MildenTudorBarnAndBunkhouse and tag @mildentudorbarnandbunkhouse Instagram account.

    • For private Instagram accounts, participants must DM a screenshot of their entry or send a screenshot via email to gfhawkinsltd@outlook.com to be considered.

  3. Entry Period

    • The competition opens on Sunday 19th January 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on Wednesday 31st December 2025. 

  4. Prize

    • One winner will receive a free two-night midweek, or by arrangement, late availability weekend stay at either The Old Brooder or The Tudor Barn in 2026. Dates subject to availability and standard self-catering terms & conditions apply. These can be seen here.

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  5. Judging and Winner Selection

    • Entries will be judged on creativity, quality, and how well they showcase the experience of staying at The Old Brooder or The Tudor Barn.

    • The winner will be selected by our GF Hawkins Ltd team and announced in the first week of 2026 via Instagram. The winner will also be contacted by Instagram DM or, if they entered via email, by email.

  6. Usage Rights

    • By entering the competition, participants grant GF Hawkins Ltd the right to use submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials so those entering must be absolutely clear that any people in photos and videos have given their permission for their wider use.  If, on winning, we find that permission has not been given, we will withdraw the prize.

  7. General Conditions

    • GF Hawkins Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

    • Any entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in compliance with these terms will be disqualified.

  8. Privacy

    • Personal information collected for the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

  9. Acceptance of Terms

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
